NCT Return Policy

NCT USA maintains a rigorous QA / QC guideline that surpasses all industry standards. We work diligently to examine, inspect and test all merchandise before it leaves our doors. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our customer service team will work with you to return/ replace unsatisfactory merchandise.

If you receive any merchandise from NCT that does not uphold expected quality standards, then you must notify us within seven (7) business days from the date of delivery. Please fill out Returns and Exchange Request Form (RER101) and email it to [email protected]. You will be contacted within three (3) business days with a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Customers will have thirty (30) days after receipt of RA number to return the merchandise.

[Note that all RA numbers expire after 30 days]

Please enclose a copy of the invoice and completed RER101 with the faulty product and write the RA number on the outside of the box and return back to NCT at the address below:

The Customer is responsible for any shipping/ freight expenses that may be incurred in the process of returning of unacceptable merchandise. Upon receipt of your return NCT will work diligently to examine and evaluate the goods before processing your return. NCT reserves the right to replace your merchandise or to credit your account with a refund, which will occur once the return has been received and approved.

Any returns that are sent without an approved RA number will be automatically refused and returned back to the customer at their own expense.

All goods must be returned in the same packaging and condition as when they left NCT possession.

NCT reserves the right to not credit any merchandise that is clearly deemed not the original property of NCT. We distinguish our goods for the reason that they can be identified as our own, and do thorough checks on stock that is returned back to us for verification purposes.

NCT does not offer any other warranty, expressed or implied; this includes warranties of merchandise and warranty of fitness for any particular purpose. At no time will NCT be responsible for special, incidental or consequential damages, other than as stated in the NCT return policy.

In the unlikely event that you receive an order where the merchandise in the box does not match the quantities on the Invoice, or the shipment has been opened, damaged or tampered with in any way, we request that you contact us within 24 after the time of delivery. Furthermore, we require that you take note of any boxes or items that arrive damaged, tampered with, torn or open in any way, and take photos of damage for NCT’s Customer Service Department’s reference. NCT’s Customer Service Team will work diligently with the product couriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL etc.) to correct any and all order transit related issues.

Any item that is more than 60 days from the invoice date is deemed not acceptable for return and any such claims may be considered valid or invalid at the sole discretion of NCT management.
